Dr. Thomas S. Mulvey
Dr. Thomas has nearly two decades of experience as a pediatric dentist. His peers have voted him “Top Dentist” by RI Monthly Magazine for 17 years, and he has also been featured on NBC 10 news. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Thomas was a clinical instructor in the Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry program at St. Joseph Health Center for 10 years.

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Thomas enjoys helping children and their families live better lives through preventative strategies, such as proper nutrition and oral hygiene. He incorporates a broad range of technology to provide accurate, efficient, and minimally-invasive care to each of our patients. By incorporating proactive care strategies, Dr. Thomas is able to lower his patients’ risk of common dental emergencies, lifelong dental problems, and overall anxiety related to visiting the dentist’s office.
When he isn’t busy seeing our pediatric patients, Dr. Thomas enjoys spending time with his own wife and three children. Some of their favorite activities include biking, organic cooking, and exploring Rhode Island and Cape Cod.
Dr. Farisa S. Mulvey
Dr. Farisa has been a pediatric dentist for over 15 years and is recognized by her peers as one of the “Top Dentists” in Rhode Island Monthly magazine. In addition to her time in private practice, Dr. Farisa also served as a clinical instructor in the Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry program at St. Joseph Health Center for 10 years. She chose to specialize in children’s dentistry because of the impact it has on each child’s overall lifetime of dental health and self-esteem.

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Farisa’s philosophy of care involves utilizing the latest technology to provide efficient, streamlined, and minimally-invasive care options to young patients. Like her husband, Dr. Thomas, she shares the vision of making quality, gentle care available to children in a way that facilitates great oral health, and that leaves a positive impact for a lifetime.
Outside of the office, Dr. Farisa and her husband stay busy with their three children, engaging in hobbies like biking, baking, and jogging.
